有机硅橡胶（双组份加成型/液体硅橡胶）

1.产品特点

（1）产品流动性好，具良好操作工艺性，固化速度可控，可深层固化，胶料适用期长，可注射成型。

（2）产品可室温硫化，加热可以显著提高硫化速度

（3）导热性绝缘介质，通过UL94阻燃认证

（4）产品配合底涂液/增粘剂可以实现硅橡胶对基材的良好粘接，对金属无腐蚀。

（5）硫化后的产品具有优良的电气绝缘性能，耐漏电起痕和防电弧

（6）硫化后的制品线性收缩率低、制品尺寸精度高，可制作精密模具

（7）硫化后具有良好的机械性能、耐气候老化和憎水性，宽广的使用温度范围

2.主要用途

(1)用于导热绝缘封装、铸封和密封：适用于高压开关、互感器、电源模块、继电器等的绝缘封装，中高压断路器极柱固封，电子元件、组件的保护

(2)用于制作各种高压复合绝缘制品：避雷器伞裙、绝缘子及绝缘套管

(3)制作硅橡胶制品：复印机胶辊、环保标牌、硅橡胶奶嘴等

(4)精密复制用柔性模具：用于生产金刚石钻头，低熔点合金等模具

5.包装及贮运

包装： 两组分用大口塑料桶或铁桶分别包装，2x5 Kg、2x10Kg、2x20Kg、2x200Kg；

贮藏： 适宜储存温度小于30℃，干燥阴凉处密封保存，保质储存期为6个月；

运输： 按非危险品贮运。

Silicone Rubber （Two-Component Addition/Liquid Silicone Rubber）

1.Product Characteristics

（1）Good flowability，good operative weldability，curing rate controllable，deep-seated ulcanization available，long shelf life for rubber and injection molding available.

（2）Vulcanized in room temperature and the vulcanization rate can be increased by heating.

(3) Thermal conductivity and  insulation medium have certified by UL94.

(4) Good adhesion to substrate material could be realized by cooperating with base solution or anchoring agent，without corrosion to metal.

(5) The vulcanized products have excellent electrical insulating properties，comparative tracking index and arc resistance

(6) The vulcanized products have low llinear shrinkage，high dimensional accuracy and could be used to produce precision molding die.

(7)The vulcanized products exhibit good mechanical properties，aging resistance and water repellency，and they could be used under wide temperature range.

2.Main Usage

(1) For thermal conductive insulating encapsulation，potting and sealing:suitable for the insulating encapsulation of high voltage switch，mutual inductor，power module，relay，etc，mounting of middle and high voltage switch electrode mast,protection of electronic parts or subassembly.

(2) For the production of varieties of high voltage compound insulation: shed of arrester，insulator and insulating jacket.

（3）To produce silicone rubber product：manifdder rubber cover roller,environmental sign,silicone rubber nipple，etc.

(4) Flexural mold for precision duplication：to produce diamond aiguille and mold of low melting point alloy,etc

Fluid paste and two components packed respectively，viscosity varies from 2 to 500 Pa.S for different trademarks.

Package: Two components packed in plastic drums with large mouths or metal drums respectively,2x5Kg,2x10Kg,2x20Kg,2x200Kg;

Storage : suitable temperature less than 30℃ and keep in a cool and dry place

Transportation :6 months of guarantee period；transported with no restrict.
