二、特点

本品无毒、无腐蚀性、无环境污染，能溶于水或分散于水、酒精和丙酮等中，本品同时赋予织物以下优异性能：

1、柔软性：经本品整理的织物柔软滑爽，手感舒适，风格优雅。它赋予薄型织物以丝绸感、赋予厚型织物毛料感。

2、亲水性：经本品整理的织物亲水性优良，透气性好，着服性佳，可消除合成纤维织物燥身、闷气和不吸汗等特点。

3、抗静电性：经本品整理的织物抗静电性能好，静电效应小，不易吸尘，具有一定的防污性，容易洗涤。

三、用途

本品可用于涤纶、尼龙等合成纤维织物，棉麻等天然纤维织物、羊毛、真丝绸等蛋白质纤维织物，以及棉/涤，毛/涤等混纺织物，本品亦可用于处理丝、纱线和缝纫线，处理后的纤维和丝光泽性好，滑脱、缝纫性极佳。

本品亦广泛用于日用化学品中，如各种化妆品用膏剂、乳剂和洗发香波等。用含本品的香波洗过的头发松、软、富有光泽、可梳性好。

本品还可用于制革行业，是高级皮革滑爽剂和涂饰剂的主要成份。它赋予各种天然革面滑爽、光亮、柔软和舒适的手感等性能。

它亦还是油漆的优良添加剂，可提高油漆的流平性，使涂面滑溜、光亮。

本品还可作塑料添加剂和脱模剂等。

四、使用方法

1、用于整理织物时，将本品和配套催化剂等按量加入树脂整理浴中搅拌溶解或分散，按照织物后整理常规工艺进行浸轧、干燥、烘焙，具体条件视织物类别而定。

2、用于化妆品，可直接与配方各组份搅拌均匀或先用水溶解后，再与其他组份搅匀。

五、包装、贮存和运输

本品采用PE塑料桶或镀锌铁桶包装，贮存期一年以上，按非危险品运输。

2. Characteristics

The product has no-toxic, non-corrosiveness, no environment pollution, and could be soluble in water, alcohol and acetone. It is reasonable textile finishing agent, which can greatly decrease the dosage of resin to reduce cost and improve economic benefit.

The product has following superior properties:

3. Usages:

The product is used for dacron and nylon synthetic fiber textile, and cotton natural textile, and silk protein fiber, and blended fabric.

The product is widely used in daily chemicals as cream, emulsion and shampoo.

The product can be used in leather industry and is the main component of high grade leather slipping agent and coating agent.

It is also superior additive of paint.

The product can be used as plastic additive and release agent.
