产品特点

导热性绝缘介质，通过UL94认证，对金属无腐蚀

室温硫化，加热可以显著提高硫化速度

电性能高，成型收缩率低、制品尺寸稳定性，流动性好，适用期长，操作性良好，可注射成型。

机械强度高，配合底图液可以实现对基材的粘接。

主要用途

用于导热绝缘封装、铸封和密封：适用于电源模块的封装，中高压断路器极柱固封，电子元件、组件的保护

用于制作各种电力、电缆附件：适用于避雷器伞裙、绝缘子及其它电力电缆附件。
