- It consists of two components and can be expanded by heat and pressure.

4.  特点

- Enviroment-friendly products, it is expanded by denatured silicone polymer it doesn't contain volatile solvents or toxic blowing agent.

- It provides consistent cell structure,uniform and stable expanding.

- It consist of two components, it's easy to handle and has long shelf life.

- It is not cured by peroxide, this is addition cure system,(pt) so it has many merits such as non byproducts,non yellowing, non blooming.

发泡膨胀机理

1. 一般硅胶发泡膨胀体系

- AIBN:expanding with N2 gas by blowing agent containing amine functionalgroup.

- Byproduct of this system:Tetramethylsucinonitrile(environmentally  unfriendly products).

2. 其他发泡膨胀体系

-Dinitrosopentamethylenetetramin(DNPT)

- Azodicarbamide(ADCA)

- Hollowfiller

=> These are more lower hazardfor health but have a bad cell structure ofproduct.
